Returns

  • You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Certain items (such as custom-stitched, altered, or clearance/sale products) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order after returning the original.

Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a quick resolution.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Our team will share return instructions and pickup/drop details.
